Thanks once more for being interested in my commissions, before we proceed please make sure to read the following guidelines and Terms of Service, to be sure we are on the same page:• ✔ I will draw: Original characters, Fanart, Soft gore, Suggestive poses.
• ✖ I will not draw: Realinsm, Mecha/armor, Explicit NSFW, Heavy gore, extremely complex backgrounds, Shota/loli content.
• I am open to negotiate: Ships, furries, real people.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• As the Artist, I have full rights over my artwork, including the right to post the art on my sites, as self-promotion and portfolio.
• All my commissions will come with my signature and a watermark, that must not be removed.
• The use of the commission in advertising or profits associated with NFTs/Cryptocurrency, A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) training is strictly prohibited.✦ CLIENT:
• Client must visibly credit me and link back to me when using the commission.
• You, the client, may not claim the work as your own.
• You may use the Artwork for personal use only.
• Clients are not permitted to alter the artwork.
• Client is not allowed to sell / edit / distribute / claim credit / use for advertising.
• If the client wants something specific (Expression / background / pose / etc.), it must be specified in the commission request. If it was not specified, there would be no form of complaint nor refund.
• After delivery, if the client wishes for a mistake made by me to be fixed, that was not pointed out during the revision phase, will only be possible with an extra payment.✦ ARTIST:
• I retain the rights to every image I produce. By commissioning me, you are purchasing my service as an artist only.
• I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner.
• I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback from the client was given to amend it during the sketch / color steps. Large changes can be made once finished only with an extra payment.✦ PAYMENTS
• Payments are required upfront and in full.
• All sales are final, and NO refunds will be made once work has begun.
• Rush fees are at least 50% but might vary depending on the project and the timeframe provided.✦ EXTRA FEES:
• Additional characters
• Character complexity / accessories / weapons / pets / etc.
• Complex backgrounds.
• Objects or changes not included in the initial commission.
• Prices for the additional fees are standard and will remain the same for all the commissions of the same type (i.e.: the fee for a complex background will remain the same for all types of flat color commissions).✦ REVISIONS
• You will have revisions during the sketch phase. So please let me know of any changes you'd like during this step.
• You can make 3 minor changes + one major change during the sketch phase.
• Once the lineart has been completed, there will be no more changes to the pose / position of the character(s) / props.
• I will send you updates during the coloring phase, any changes in this phase are limited to the colors and shading/light source.
• In case you want a certain vibe, please be sure to include it in the references, but keep in mind that I will not imitate another artist’s style under any circumstances.
• Any changes after delivery will only be made if it was a mistake made by me, and under additional payment.✦ DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Depending on complexity, type of commission, commission normally can take between 2 weeks to a month.
• In case you need it done sooner, the rush fee will be 10% of the base price. This needs to be stated on the request.
• I will keep you updated during the process regardless of estimated time.✦ REFUNDS
Unless due to an external factor that affects the delivery time and therefore the new time doesn’t work for you, all sales are final and NO refunds will be made once work has begun (sketch has been started).
Please be sure when asking for a commission!✦ COMMUNICATION
• If your commission is accepted, you will be contacted to discuss additional details and pricing.

• Sundays are my days off, so I won't be replying to DMs or Emails on that day.
